Defect
The suspension bracket for the fire extinguisher box was not designed with sufficient consideration, allowing cracks to develop from driving vibration and similar stress. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate until the bracket fractures. In the worst case, the fire extinguisher box may detach from the vehicle and become a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fire extinguisher box bracket with the corrected part.

状況
吊り下げ式の消火器ボックスステーにおいて、設計検討が不十分なため、走行振動等で亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進展して破断し、最悪の場合、消火器ボックスが脱落し、他の交通を妨げるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、対策品の消火器ボックスステーに交換する。
