Defect
The suspension bracket for the fire extinguisher box was not designed with sufficient consideration, allowing cracks to develop from driving vibration and similar stress. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate until the bracket fractures. In the worst case, the fire extinguisher box may detach from the vehicle and become a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fire extinguisher box bracket with the corrected part.

状況
