Defect
In the brake system, the brake valve and connector are laterally offset from each other, and the rear wheel brake air line (nylon tube) is incorrectly routed. Cab rocking motion may cause the nylon tube to disconnect from the connector, cutting off air supply to the rear wheel brakes and rendering them inoperative.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the complete brake air line assembly with the corrected/revised part.

状況
制動装置において、ブレーキバルブとコネクタの搭載位置が左右にオフセットしていることに加え、後輪ブレーキ用エア配管（ナイロンチューブ）の形状が不適切なため、キャブの揺動によりナイロンチューブがコネクタから抜けることがある。そのため、後輪ブレーキへのエアの供給が絶たれ、後輪ブレーキが効かなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキ用エア配管一式を対策品に交換する。
