Defect
The operation detection method and control program on single-vehicle car carriers have not undergone sufficient design verification and evaluation, resulting in detection failures and control program errors that may cause the system to stop operating. Continued use in this condition may prevent the loading deck from being slid.

状況
１台積車両運搬車の各動作の検知方式及び制御プログラムにおいて、設計検証及び評価不足により、検知不備及び制御プログラムのエラーが発生し、作動停止してしまうことがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、荷台をスライドさせる事が出来ないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、各動作の検知方式及び制御プログラムを対策品に交換する。
