Defect
In the engine cooling system, the radiator hose routing is improper, causing the hose clamp to bite into the hose on some units. Continued operation allows machine vibration to propagate a crack in the hose. In the worst case, coolant may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hose clamp with a corrected part and revise the hose routing method.

状況
4.原動機冷却装置において、ラジエーターホースの取り回しが不適切なため、ホースをとめるクランプがホースに食い込んでいるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、機体振動によりホースの亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、冷却水が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
4.全車両、ホースクランプを対策品に交換し、更にホースの配策方法を変更する。
