Defect

In the power transmission system, the installation direction of the oil filter in the hydraulic circuit supplying fluid to the HST (hydrostatic continuously variable transmission) was incorrectly specified, resulting in some filters being assembled in reverse orientation. If filter clogging causes pressure to rise, part of the filter element may detach and block the oil flow path. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.

Corrective action

Install a new filter in the correct orientation on all vehicles.

状況

1.動力伝達装置において、HST(静油圧式無段変速機)へ作動油を供給する回路内のオイルフィルターの接続方向を誤って指示したため、フィルターが逆向きに組み付けられたものがある。そのため、フィルター詰まり等で圧力が上昇した場合、エレメントの一部が剥がれオイルの流路を塞ぎ、最悪の場合、走行が不能となるおそれがある。

改善措置

1.全車両、新品のフィルターを正規の方向に組付ける。
