Defect
The radiator chamber in the engine cooling system — a device that separates air bubbles from the coolant — has insufficient strength. When a vehicle operated under load is repeatedly started and stopped immediately after sustained high-speed, high-RPM, or hill-climbing driving, cracks may develop in the chamber, allowing coolant to leak. Continued operation under these conditions can cause the engine to overheat and, in the worst case, stall with no possibility of restart.
Corrective action
Inspect the radiator chamber on all vehicles. If a pre-correction part is found, replace it with the corrected part.

状況
エンジン冷却系のラジエーターチャンバー（冷却水内の気泡を分離するための装置）の強度が不足しているため、積載状態で高速度・高回転運転や登坂運転の直後に、エンジン停止を繰返す走行を継続して行なった場合、亀裂が発生し、冷却水が漏れることがある。そのため、そのまま走行を続けると、オーバーヒートが発生し、最悪の場合、エンジンが停止し再始動不可となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ラジエーターチャンバーを確認し、対策前品の場合は対策品と交換する。
