Defect
In the power transmission system, the mounting angle of the HST (hydrostatic continuously variable transmission) hose was incorrectly designed, causing the hose or clamp to contact the counter case on some units. Continued use allows machine vibration to crack the hose, resulting in a hydraulic fluid leak. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
Correct the hose mounting angle on all vehicles. Replace the hose or clamp with a new part if damage is found.

状況
2.動力伝達装置において、HST(静油圧式無段変速機)ホースの取り付け角度の設計が不適切なため、ホース又はクランプがカウンターケースと接触するものがある。 そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、機体振動によりホースに亀裂が発生し作動油が漏れ、最悪の場合、走行が不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
2.全車両、ホースの取り付け角度を修正する。また、ホース又はクランプに損傷がある場合は新品に交換する。
