Defect
In the fuel system, improper fuel hose routing instructions allow the fuel hose to contact engine components on some units. Continued operation allows engine vibration to damage the fuel hose. In the worst case, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add clamps to secure the fuel hose away from contact points. Inspect the fuel hose for damage and replace with a new part if damage is found.

状況
６．燃料装置において、燃料ホースの固定指示が不適切なため、燃料ホースがエンジン部品等に接触するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、エンジン振動により燃料ホースが損傷し、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
６．全車両、クランプを追加して燃料ホースが接触しないように固定する。また、燃料ホースの損傷を点検し、損傷がある場合は新品と交換する。
