Defect
In the power transmission system, the hydraulic pump discharge-side adapter is incorrectly shaped, causing the adapter to loosen due to machine vibration. Continued operation allows hydraulic fluid to leak from the adapter. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the hydraulic adapter with a corrected part.
