Defect
On light trucks and buses equipped with a dual-clutch automated mechanical transmission, the clamp securing the oil cooler hose at the transmission-side connection may have insufficient clamping force. Continued use can cause the hose to detach, resulting in a transmission oil leak. If the oil leak occurs, gear shifting becomes impossible and the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the oil cooler hose transmission-side connection clamp with the corrected part.

状況
デュアルクラッチ方式の機械式オートマチックトランスミッションを搭載した小型トラック・バスにおいて、オイルクーラーホースのトランスミッション側接続部の締付力が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ホースが外れてトランスミッションオイルが漏れ、変速が出来なくなって走行不能になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、オイルクーラーホースのトランスミッション側接続部のクランプを、対策品に交換する。
