Defect
In the automated mechanical transmission, the internal electrical wiring inside the valve body is incorrectly routed on some units, causing it to contact the clutch disc. Continued operation causes the wiring to develop a broken wire. In the worst case, the vehicle may become inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the affected wiring. If damage is found, replace the valve body with a new part. If no damage is found, adjust the wiring to the specified length.

状況
機械式自動変速機において、バルブボデー内部の電気配線の長さが不適切なため、クラッチ板と干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該配線が断線し、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該配線を点検し、損傷が認められた場合は、バルブボデーを新品に交換する。また、損傷が認められない場合は、当該配線を規定の長さに調整する。
