Defect
The reclining angle adjustment gear (sector gear) of the rear seat back is machined to an oversize dimension, reducing the holding force of the cam that locks the reclining position. As a result, an impact or similar force may cause the seat back to collapse forward.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the rear seat back frame assembly is replaced with a conforming unit.

状況
リヤシートバックのリクライニング角度調整用ギヤ(セクタギヤ)の加工寸法が大きいため、リクライニング位置を固定するカムの保持力が弱いものがある。そのため、衝撃等によりシートバックが前方へ倒れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リヤシートバックフレーム一式を良品と交換する。
