Defect
The front wheel brake cable is incorrectly sized, causing the cable to bend at the retaining clip during front fork compression and extension while riding. Continued use allows the inner wire inside the cable to fracture. In the worst case, the front wheel brake may become inoperable.
Corrective action
Replace the front wheel brake cable and cable retaining clip on all vehicles with corrected parts.

状況
前輪用ブレーキケーブルの長さが不適切なため、走行中のフロントフォークの伸縮により、ケーブル留め金具部で当該ケーブルが折れ曲がることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ケーブル内のインナワイヤが切損し、前輪ブレーキが操作できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、前輪用ブレーキケーブルと、ケーブル留め金具を対策品と交換する。
