Defect
The driver-side SRS airbag inflator contains an improper propellant charge. When the airbag deploys, abnormal pressure buildup inside the inflator may rupture the housing and scatter metal fragments. As a result, vehicle occupants may be injured.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the driver-side SRS airbag inflator with a conforming part.

状況
運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータ（膨張装置）内のガス発生剤に不適切なものがあるため、エアバッグが展開した場合、インフレータ内圧の異常な上昇で容器が破損して構成部品が飛散し、乗員が負傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグのインフレータを良品と交換する。
