Defect
The bracket securing the brake hose to the body is improperly welded on some vehicles. Vibration and impact during driving can cause the weld to detach, allowing the brake hose to contact surrounding components and sustain damage. In the worst case, brake fluid may leak and braking force may decrease.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, fasten the affected bracket using bolts and nuts. If the bracket weld has already detached, replace the brake hose.

状況
制動装置において、ブレーキホースを車体に固定するブラケットの熔接が不適切なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行時の振動や衝撃により、熔接部が剥れ、ブレーキホースが周辺部位と干渉して損傷し、最悪の場合、制動液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブラケットをボルト、ナットにて締結する。なお、当該ブラケットの熔接部が剥れている場合はブレーキホースを交換する。
