Defect
On the front suspension lower arm, the crimp securing the knuckle joint is insufficient. If the vehicle strikes a curb or similar obstacle, the knuckle joint may separate from the lower arm, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
Inspect the lower arm on all vehicles. Replace any lower arm with insufficient crimping with a conforming part.
