Defect
An incorrect front brake hose was installed on the brake system. The fitting that secures the hose to the brake caliper has an improper shape, narrowing the brake fluid flow path. During hard braking, hydraulic pressure transmission to the brake caliper may be delayed. In the worst case, uneven braking or extended stopping distance may result.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the brake hose fitting; on any vehicle found to have an incorrect part installed, replace the brake hose with a good unit.

状況
制動装置において、フロントブレーキホースに誤品が組付られたため、ホースをブレーキキャリパに固定する口金の形状が不適切なものがあり、ブレーキ液の流路が狭くなっているものがある。そのため、急制動時に、ブレーキキャリパへの液圧の伝達が遅れるものがあり、最悪の場合、ブレーキ片効き、又は制動停止距離が長くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブレーキホースの口金を確認し、誤品が組付けされている車両はブレーキホースを良品と交換する。
