Defect
The front hub has insufficient strength to withstand the extreme loads generated during repeated circuit driving. Repeated circuit use may cause the hub to fracture, resulting in loss of drive force to the front tires. This condition may subsequently render the vehicle inoperable during normal public road use. Note: This vehicle was sold as a dual-purpose vehicle intended for both public road and circuit driving.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, remove the circuit driving equipment (roll cage, four-point seat belts, and tow hook) and replace the steering knuckle assembly with a new part.

状況
サーキット走行等による過大な荷重に対するフロントハブの強度が不足しているため、サ ーキット走行等を繰り返すと、当該ハブが破損することがある。そのため、駆動力をフロ ントタイヤに伝えることができなくなり、一般公道走行時に走行不能に至るおそれがある 。 (備考) 本車両は、一般公道走行、サーキット走行の両用の車両として販売されていたものであ る。
改善措置
全車両、サーキット走行用装置(ロールケージ、4点式シートベルト、牽引フック)を取 り外し、ステアリングナックルアッシを新品と交換する。
