Defect
The weld joining the headrest guide bracket to the seat back frame is improperly assembled on some units, resulting in insufficient weld strength. In the event of a rear-end collision or similar impact, the weld may fracture and cause injury to vehicle occupants.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the seat back with a conforming unit.

状況
運転者席と助手席において、ヘッドレストガイドブラケットとシートバックフレームの 溶接が不適切なため、溶接強度が不足しているものがあり、追突等の衝撃を受けた場合に 当該溶接部が破損し、乗車人員に傷害を与えるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、シートバックを良品と交換する。
