Defect
Improper assembly of the fuel delivery pipe to the injectors causes the injector seal rings to become pinched in the pipe. Continued use causes the seal rings to crack, which may result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the injectors and fuel delivery pipe with new parts.

状況
燃料デリバリパイプをインジェクタへ組み付ける作業が不適切なため、インジェクタの シールリングが当該パイプに噛み込んでいるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続け ると、当該シールリングに亀裂が生じて、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、インジェクタと燃料デリバリパイプを新品に交換する。
