Defect
Insufficient welding of frame structural components allows cracks to develop at the weld joints and around the suspension mounting brackets, producing abnormal noise during driving. In the worst case, the mounting brackets may detach from the vehicle frame, impairing driving stability.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles; where welding is found to be insufficient, apply additional welds. Where cracks are found around the suspension mounting brackets, repair the cracks.

状況
車枠において、フレーム構成部品の溶接が不十分な為、当該溶接部に亀裂が生じ、更に 緩衝装置取付金具回りに亀裂が生じて、走行中に異音が発生し、最悪の場合、当該金具が 車枠から剥がれ、走行安定性がそこなわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、溶接が不十分なものは追加溶接を行う。なお、緩衝装置取付金具回りに 亀裂が発生しているものは亀裂を修理する。
