Defect

車枠において、フレーム構成部品の溶接が不十分な為、当該溶接部に亀裂が生じ、更に 緩衝装置取付金具回りに亀裂が生じて、走行中に異音が発生し、最悪の場合、当該金具が 車枠から剥がれ、走行安定性がそこなわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、溶接が不十分なものは追加溶接を行う。なお、緩衝装置取付金具回りに 亀裂が発生しているものは亀裂を修理する。
