Issue
The seat skin on the front side of the rear seat is improperly secured. When the seat slide lever is operated, the seat skin attachment point may detach from the seat frame, exposing the frame edge. Contact with the exposed seat frame edge during lever operation may cause finger injury.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a metal clip over the plastic hook at the seat skin attachment point on the front of the rear seat.
