Issue
On vehicles equipped with wide-opening back doors, the upper mounting bracket for the right-side back door stay was improperly machined. Repeated opening and closing of the back door causes the causing to break down and the nut to loosen. Continued use may result in the gas stay detaching, leaving the back door unable to remain in the open position.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, the right-side back door stay assembly is replaced with a corrected part.

状況
高開度バックドア架装車両において、右側バックドアステーを取り付ける上側取付ブラケットの加工が不適切なため、バックドア開閉の繰り返しによりブッシュが破損してナットが緩むものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、ガスステ ーが外れてバックドアが保持できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、右側バックドアステー一式を対策品に交換する。
