Defect
On vacuum tanker trucks and refuse collection vehicles, the opposing brackets that secure the tank or body to the chassis frame are positioned incorrectly. This allows the opposing bracket to contact the rear tires when only one rear wheel lifts—leaving the axle non-parallel to the ground—or during sharp turning maneuvers. In the worst case, the rear tires may sustain damage.
Corrective action
Relocate the opposing brackets that may contact the rear tires (bracket No. 3 on both sides for vacuum tanker trucks; left bracket No. 3 only for refuse collection vehicles). If contact marks from the opposing brackets are found on any tire, replace that tire.

状況
糞尿車および塵芥車において、シャシフレームとタンクまたは荷箱を締結する対向ブラケットの位置が不適切なため、一方の後車輪のみが上昇して車軸が地面と並行にならない状態や急激な旋回時に後輪タイヤと対向ブラケットが接触することがある。そのため、最悪の場合、後輪タイヤが損傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
後輪タイヤと接触する可能性のある対向ブラケット（糞尿車は左右の第３番、塵芥車は左第３番のみ）を移設する。また、タイヤに対向ブラケットとの接触痕が認められた場合はタイヤを交換する。
