Issue
On van-type trucks equipped with a rear vertical lift gate for loading and unloading cargo, the safety switch wiring was improperly routed during installation. As a result, the safety device may fail to activate while the vertical gate is rising in response to an interior switch or other control input, creating a risk that cargo or other objects may become nipped between the vehicle body and the rising gate.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, the safety device wiring is rerouted to the correct configuration.

状況
バン型トラックの後部に取付られている貨物を積卸しする垂直ゲート(昇降装置)の安全装置スイッチにおいて、配索作業が不適切なため、庫内スイッチ等の操作による垂直ゲート上昇中に安全装置が作動せず車体と垂直ゲートの間に貨物等が挟まれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、安全装置の配線を正規に配索する。
