Defect
The front door latch and back door latch were manufactured using incorrect material for certain components, resulting in insufficient strength. Repeated locking and unlocking operations may cause these components to break, making it impossible to lock or unlock the door. In the worst case, the door may not be openable.
Corrective action
(1) On all vehicles, replace the front door latch with a conforming part. (2) On all vehicles, replace the back door latch with a conforming part.

状況
フロントドアラッチ及びバックドアラッチにおいて、製造時に異なる材質の部品を使用したため、強度が不足するものがある。そのため、施錠及び開錠操作の繰り返しにより、当該部品が破損し、施錠または開錠ができなくなり、最悪の場合、ドアを開けることができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、フロントドアラッチを良品に交換する。 （２）全車両、バックドアラッチを良品に交換する。
