Defect
On the left combination lamp (tail lamp, brake lamp, and turn signal), some valve holders have deformed terminals at the electrical wiring connector. The deformed terminals allow insulating material to form at the contact points, causing a loss of continuity. As a result, the lamp may fail to illuminate or the turn signal may fail to operate normally.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected valve holder with a conforming part and replace the vehicle-side electrical wiring connector with a new one.

状況
左側コンビネーションランプ（尾灯、制動灯及び方向指示器）のバルブホルダにおいて、電気配線の接続コネクタ部の端子が変形しているものがある。そのため、当該端子の接点部に絶縁物質が生成されて導通不良となり、当該ランプが点灯しなくなる又は、方向指示器が正常に作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該バルブホルダを良品に交換するとともに、車両側電気配線コネクタを新品と交換する。
