Defect
On diesel engine-equipped vehicles, the chassis wiring harness is routed incorrectly, causing it to contact the transmission housing. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, engine vibration may damage the harness and, in the worst case, cause the engine to stall.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reroute the chassis wiring harness. Any harness found to be damaged shall be repaired.

状況
ディーゼルエンジン搭載車において、シャシハーネスの配索が不適切のため、当該ハーネスがトランスミッションハウジングと干渉するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、エンジンの振動により当該ハーネスが損傷し、最悪の場合、エンジンが停止するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、シャシハーネスの配索方法を変更する。 なお、当該ハーネスが損傷しているものは補修する。
