Defect
On some combination lamp (tail, stop, and turn signal) bulb holders, the terminals at the electrical connector are deformed. This allows an insulating substance to form at the contact points, causing poor continuity. As a result, the lamp may fail to illuminate or the turn signal may not operate correctly.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected bulb holder with the corrected part and replace the vehicle-side electrical connector with a new part.

状況
（１）コンビネーションランプ（尾灯、制動灯及び方向指示器）のバルブホルダにおいて、電気配線の接続コネクタ部の端子が変形しているものがある。そのため、当該端子の接点部に絶縁物質が生成されて導通不良となり、当該ランプが点灯しなくなる、又は、方向指示器が正常に作動しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、当該バルブホルダを対策品に交換するとともに、車両側電気配線コネクタを新品と交換する。
