Defect
The alternator wiring in the engine compartment is improperly secured, leaving a gap between the wiring and its retaining clamp on some vehicles. Continued use allows engine vibration to damage the wiring, which in the worst case may cause a charging failure.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected electrical wiring with new parts and replace the retaining clamp with the corrected part.

状況
①原動機のオルタネータ用配線の固定方法が不適切なため、当該配線と固定用クランプに隙間が発生しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、原動機の振動により当該配線が損傷し、最悪の場合充電不良となるおそれがある。
改善措置
①全車両、当該電気配線を新品と交換するとともに、固定用クランプを対策品と交換する。
