Defect
The main harness and power relay cable were improperly secured, causing the angle sensor connector attached to the main harness to contact the lock section of the fuel hose. Continued use may allow the fuel hose to detach and leak fuel, which in the worst case may lead to a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, secure the power relay cable to the main harness with tape. Additionally, replace the fuel hose with a new part.

状況
電気配線において、メインハーネスとパワーリレーコードの固定方法が不適切なため、メインハーネスと接続するアングルセンサカプラが燃料ホースのロック部に干渉しているものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料ホースが外れて燃料が漏れ、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、パワーリレーコードをメインハーネスとテープで固定する。また、燃料ホースを新品と交換する。
