Defect
On vehicles equipped with a detachable container function, the device that prevents the dump arm from lifting during container attachment and detachment operations has an insufficient gap between the stopper and lock pin, due to inadequate design verification, manufacturing controls, and inspection process confirmation. During dump operation, this device may break. Continued use can cause the affected part to detach while driving. In the worst case, the fallen part may obstruct traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the lift prevention device with the corrected part. Additionally, inspect the arm lock bracket; if elongated-hole machining is present, add an anti-displacement plate and confirm that the lock nut is properly tightened.

状況
脱着装置付きコンテナ専用機能を有する自動車のコンテナ脱着動作時のダンプアームの浮き上がりを防止する装置において、設計検証不足、製造管理不足及び検査工程における確認不足のため、ストッパとロックピンとの隙間が不十分なものがある。 そのため、ダンプ動作時に当該装置が破損し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、走行中に当該部品が脱落し交通の妨げになるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、浮き上がり防止装置を対策品に交換する。また、アームロックブラケットを点検し、長孔加工されているものはずれ止めプレートを追加し、止めナットの締付けを確認する。
