Defect
On container carrier vehicles equipped with a detachable container system, insufficient work instructions resulted in the use of bolts with an inadequate strength grade to fasten the underrun protection bumper body to the jack bracket. As a result, the bolts may not meet the required strength specifications.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected bolts with the correct specified parts.
