Defect
On container carrier vehicles equipped with a detachable container system, insufficient work instructions resulted in the use of bolts with an inadequate strength grade to fasten the underrun protection bumper body to the jack bracket. As a result, the bolts may not meet the required strength specifications.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected bolts with the correct specified parts.

状況
脱着装置付コンテナ専用車に装着した突入防止装置のバンパ本体とジャッキブラケットを締結しているボルトについて、作業指示が不十分だったため、強度区分の低いものを使用していることにより、強度要件を満足できないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、該当箇所のボルトを正規品へ交換する。
