Issue
On aerial work platforms and pole-hole digger trucks, the outrigger extension cylinders were manufactured using an improper process, resulting in defective machining of the threads used to secure the cylinder tube cap. During equipment operation, hydraulic fluid may leak from the affected extension cylinders.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, the extension cylinders are replaced with genuine replacement parts.

状況
高所作業車、穴掘建柱車のアウトリガ装置において、張り出しシリンダの製造工程が不適切なため、シリンダチューブのキャップ固定用ネジに加工不良のものがある。そのため、作業装置使用中に、張り出しシリンダから作動油が漏れ出すおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、張り出しシリンダを正規品に交換する。
