Defect
On rear-facing seats, the two-point seat belt length adjuster was installed in the reversed orientation. Upon a collision, the length adjuster may break, allowing the belt to loosen and preventing reliable occupant restraint.
Corrective action
The length adjuster will be reinstalled in the correct orientation.
