Defect
On MC4 connectors used for solar panel connections, an improper manufacturing process has resulted in incomplete terminal crimping on some units. Poor contact causes the connector to fuse. In the worst case, a vehicle fire may occur.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected connector with a new one and perform correct terminal crimping.

状況
ソーラーパネル接続用のＭＣ４コネクターにおいて、製造工程が不適切なため、端子施工が不完全なものがある。そのため、接触不良によりコネクターが溶着し、最悪 の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、該当箇所について新品コネクターへ交換し正しい端子施工を行う。
