Defect
The metal frame in the rear seating area is incorrectly shaped, allowing the frame to contact the seat belt during a collision. This contact may damage the seat belt and prevent it from restraining the occupant.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, attach a resin cover to the metal frame.

状況
後部座席において、金属製フレームの形状が不適切なため、事故時の衝撃により当該フレームとシートベルトが干渉することがある。そのため、シートベルトが損傷して乗員を拘束できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、金属製フレームに樹脂製カバーを取り付ける。
