Defect
On the rear left and right seat belts, the retractor component drawings contain incorrect specifications, resulting in insufficient clearance between the plastic lever of the locking mechanism and the wheel. When an occupant attempts to pull out the seat belt, the plastic lever contacts the wheel and prevents the belt from extending. As a result, the seat belt cannot restrain the occupant.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the complete rear left and right seat belt assemblies with corrected parts.

状況
後部左右席の座席ベルトにおいて、リトラクタ構成部品の図面指示が不適切なため、ロック機構の樹脂レバーとホイールの隙間が不足しているものがある。そのため、シートベルトを引き出そうとすると樹脂レバーがホイールに干渉してベルトが引き出せず、乗員を拘束できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、後部左右席の座席ベルト一式を対策品と交換する。
