Defect
In the pre-collision braking system, an improperly configured control program may cause a discrepancy between the forward camera and the millimeter-wave sensor in recognizing stationary vehicles when passing alongside a line of parked or stopped traffic, causing the system to shut down. While the system restarts, the warning lamp illuminates and the pre-collision braking function may be temporarily inoperative.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the pre-collision braking system's forward camera to the corrected software specification.

状況
（１）衝突被害軽減ブレーキにおいて、制御プログラムが不適切なため、駐停車している車列の側方を通過する際に、前方カメラとミリ波センサによる車両認識に差異が発生し、システムが停止することがある。そのため、システムが再起動する間、警告灯が点灯して衝突被害軽減ブレーキが作動しないおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、衝突被害軽減ブレーキ用前方カメラのプログラムを対策仕様に修正する。
