Defect
On large trucks, (2) the front wheel brake chambers are improperly assembled. The plug (blanking plug) or test nipple, and the brake hose connections (nipple and hose connection nut) are insufficiently torqued. Continued use in this condition causes these fittings to loosen, resulting in an air leak. In the worst case, a fitting may detach completely, cutting off air supply and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
(2) On all vehicles, inspect the plug or test nipple and the brake hose connections (nipple and hose connection nut), and tighten all fittings to the specified torque.

状況
