Defect
On large trucks, (2) the front wheel brake chambers are improperly assembled. The plug (blanking plug) or test nipple, and the brake hose connections (nipple and hose connection nut) are insufficiently torqued. Continued use in this condition causes these fittings to loosen, resulting in an air leak. In the worst case, a fitting may detach completely, cutting off air supply and reducing braking force.
Corrective action
(2) On all vehicles, inspect the plug or test nipple and the brake hose connections (nipple and hose connection nut), and tighten all fittings to the specified torque.

状況
大型トラックにおいて、（２） 制動装置における前輪ブレーキチャンバの組付作業が不適切なため、プラグ（閉止栓）またはテストニップルおよびブレーキホース接続部（ニップルおよびホース接続ナット）の締付トルクが不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該プラグ等が緩みエア漏れが生じ、最悪の場合、脱落してエアが供給されず制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
（２） 全車両、プラグまたはテストニップルおよびブレーキホース接続部（ニップルおよびホース接続ナット）を点検し、規定トルクで締付ける。
