Defect
(1) On turbocharged vehicles, the fuel injection quantity setting in the engine ECU control program is improper. Driving under mid-to-high engine speed and high-load conditions may cause exhaust gas temperature to rise excessively. Continued use in this condition may cause thermal fatigue, leading to cracks in the exhaust manifold and exhaust gas leaks.
Corrective action
(1) On all vehicles, reprogram the engine ECU fuel injection quantity control program to the corrected specification, or replace the engine ECU with a corrected part. In addition, replace the exhaust manifold with a new part on all vehicles.

状況
（１）過給機付車のエンジンＥＣＵの制御プログラムにおいて、燃料噴射量の設定が不適切なため、中高回転、高負荷域で走行すると排気ガス温度が著しく高くなることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると熱疲労により排気マニホールドに亀裂が生じ、排気ガス漏れに至るおそれがある。
改善措置
（１）全車両、エンジンＥＣＵの燃料噴射量制御プログラムを対策仕様に書き替え、またはエンジンＥＣＵを対策品に交換する。また、全車両、排気マニホールドを新品に交換する。
