Defect
In the horn, use of improper internal electrical contact material may allow an oxide film to form on the internal contacts following repeated water exposure, causing a conduction failure. As a result, the horn may fail to sound.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the horn with a corrected part.

状況
警音器において、内部の電気接点材料が不適切なため、繰り返し被水すると内部電気接点に酸化皮膜が生成され、導通不良を起こすことがある。そのため、警音器が鳴らなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、警音器を対策品と交換する。
