Issue
On welfare vehicles equipped with a hydraulic wheelchair lift, the motor relay (solenoid switch) that operates the hydraulic pump has insufficient durability. Extended use may cause the switch contacts to stick in the closed position. When this occurs, the lift may fail to stop automatically at floor level during the raising cycle and instead fold over. In the worst case, a passenger on the lift may be pushed into the vehicle cabin and fall.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, confirm the lift specification and, on applicable units, replace the relay (solenoid switch) with a new part. Additionally, designate the relay as a periodic replacement component and apply a label specifying the replacement interval.

状況
福祉車両（車いす用油圧式リフト仕様車）のリフトにおいて、油圧ポンプ作動用モーターリレー（ソレノイドスイッチ）の耐久性が不足しているため、長期間使用を続けると、当該スイッチの接点が固着することがある。そのため、リフトが上昇時に床面位置で自動停止せず折りたたまれ、最悪の場合、リフト上の乗客が車室内に押し出され、転倒するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リフトの仕様を確認し、該当するものはリレー（ソレノイドスイッチ）を新品に交換する。また、当該リレーを定期交換部品とし、交換時期を明記したラベルを貼付する。
