Defect
On small truck mixer variants, the brake vacuum hose geometry is incorrect, allowing routing variation to cause the hose to be assembled in a kinked condition. This restricts vacuum supply, causing the brake warning lamp to illuminate and the warning buzzer to sound earlier than intended. Continued operation may result in reduced braking effectiveness.
Corrective action
Replace the affected hose on all vehicles with a corrected/revised part.

状況
小型トラックのミキサー仕様車において、ブレーキ用バキュームホースの形状が不適切なため、配索ばらつきにより当該ホースが折れ曲がって組み付けられているものがある。そのため、負圧の供給が遅れて、早期にブレーキ警告灯が点灯するとともに警告ブザーが鳴り、ブレーキの効きが悪くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ホースを対策品に交換する。
