Defect
The three-piece rear underrun protection device was designed without sufficient verification. When installed on vehicles with an overall width of 2,000 mm or greater, the effective surface area of both outer rear sections does not meet the required 420 cm². This configuration does not conform to Safety Standards Article 18-2.
Corrective action
Replace both outer sections of the rear underrun protection device on all vehicles with corrected parts.

改善措置
全車両、突入防止装置の両側を対策品に交換する。
