Defect
Due to insufficient consideration during design, the mounting bracket for the work lamp installed at the rear of garbage trucks may develop a crack from driving vibration. Continued use in this condition may cause the bracket to fracture and the work lamp to detach, creating a hazard to other traffic.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the mounting bracket with the corrected/revised part.

状況
塵芥車後部に取付された作業灯において、設計検討が不十分だったため、走行中の振動により取付ブラケットに亀裂が生じるものがある。 そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ブラケットが折損し作業灯が脱落することにより、他の交通の妨げになるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、対策ブラケットへ交換する。
