Defect
In the under cover assembly, inadequate control of the jig used to join the bracket results in insufficient joint strength on some units. Significant vibration during driving or corrosion caused by road de-icing agents can cause the joint to detach, producing abnormal noise. In the worst case, the bracket may fall from the vehicle and create a hazard for other road users.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the under cover with a non-defective part.

状況
アンダーカバーにおいて、ブラケットとの接合治具の管理が不適切なため、接合強度が不足しているものがある。そのため、走行中の大きな振動や融雪剤による腐食で接合部が剥がれて異音が発生し、最悪の場合、ブラケットが脱落して他の交通の妨げとなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アンダーカバーを良品と交換する。
