Defect
The U-hook on the rear cab mount bracket — which temporarily holds the cab during cab tilting — is improperly welded. The impact of lowering the cab can cause the weld to detach. If the vehicle continues to be used in this condition, in the worst case, the hook may fall off.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the rear cab mount bracket with a conforming part.

状況
③後方キャブマウントブラケットにおいて、キャブチルトの際、一時的にキャブを保持するためのＵ字フックの溶接が不適切なため、キャブを降ろした時の衝撃で溶接が剥がれるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、当該フックが脱落するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、 ③後方キャブマウントブラケットを良品に交換する。
