Defect
On medium-duty trucks equipped with rear air suspension, the lateral rod is improperly assembled, resulting in insufficient clamping force on the mounting bolts. The mounting bolts may loosen and, in the worst case, the lateral rod may detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, tighten the body-side lateral rod mounting bolts to the specified torque.

状況
リヤエアサス仕様の中型トラックにおいて、ラテラルロッドの組付け方法が不適切なため、取付けボルトの締め付け力が不足しているものがある。そのため、取付けボルトが緩み、最悪の場合、ラテラルロッドが外れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、車体側のラテラルロッド取付けボルトを規定トルクに締め付ける。
