Issue
On large and medium trucks, the mounting bolts of the cab bottom bracket* were not tightened to the specified torque during assembly. Continued use in this condition may cause the bolts to fall out. *The bracket on which the buffer rubber (bumper rubber) on the cab bridge side sits.
Corrective action
On all affected vehicles, retighten the cab bottom bracket mounting bolts to the specified torque.
